Bug Description

Installing the Applowy Windows client creates two shortcuts
First at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\AppFlowy
Second at: C:\Users\Dell\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

The first shortcut is created as soon as the client is installed, second one is created after a few seconds of launching the client!

How to Reproduce

Download the Windows installer (v0.5.0 windows-x86_64)
Install with default configurations
Notice the first Shortcut in the Start menu
Launch the Application
Notice the Second one pops up a few seconds later

Expected Behavior

Only one Shortcut menu is sufficient! The shortcut residing at C:\Users\Dell\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs might not required!

When Uninstalled the shortcut residing at C:\Users\Dell\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs is not deleted! So it may indicate that application is still installed to user!
