Bug Description

When user trying to change the cover colour from menu colours is not showing and if user press any of colour the cover colour is not changing

How to Reproduce

Change AppFlowy Theme to light (if app has dark theme still colours not showing)
create one document and add cover image
click on change cover option and look at the colour section.

Expected Behavior

When user clicks to change cover then colours section should show all the colours which app flowy support.

Mac os Ventura
