Bug Description

When user add url on text at the end of the document, url dialog open but not able to see it properly because it goes out of screen area.

How to Reproduce

Open document and at end of the page write some thing and select that and try to add URL on it.
and also after adding url click on that text which has URL.

Expected Behavior

URL dialog should show above written text.

macOS monterey 12.6
