Description

Currently in AppFlowy, the items in the selection menu are fixed. I believe it would be nice to have a tab in the settings, where there is a preview of the current selection menu bar, where the items can be reordered as fit, and items can be removed.

We can fix eg. 3-4 items, and let the user customize the rest.

Below the live preview of the menu, we can have an area with all the possible items and variants of them, that the user can drag and drop on the bar.

This of course is a personal customization and enables a user to make it easier to navigate their own bar depending on their preference.

You can check the mobile design, which provides the UI/UX of customizing the formatting bar. We don't have this feature in the desktop app because I wasn't sure how much users would want it given that we didn't offer many options.
