That you for sumitting a Feature Request! I don't really understand what you are asking for? I'm assuming that by "locking" you mean to make something "read only". But I don't know exactly what you mean by a note? Do you mean a complete document? A section of a document?
Can you please give more details? Maybe a screenshot showing what you want?

Hi Mike, sorry for the confusion!
I meant the ability to lock pages to prevent editing like in Notion, making a page read-only
