Enable us to open a row as full page so that a bigger space is provided to write

being able to add subpages inside rich text area of open row
and
opening the row as a full page
so now the row can act as a Fullpage and we can do more nesting Inside it
my usecase is that i have a grid where each row is a year, i.e. 2021, 2022, 2023. inside that row, there is another grid which has months, i.e, jan, feb, march.. and inside that month there is whole data of a month
the dialog box when opening the row is very small, there should be option to make it fullpage so it can act as a page
