Impact

@StartAGarden commented on GitHub (Mar 3, 2024):
This, I need it so much! I am trying to switch to AppFlowy for organizing my weeks but I have no way to see if I have time on a day e.g. 2 weeks into the future because I would have to manually add new entries for the same thing every week! I currently just drag finished recurring events into the next week which doesn't help me actually being able to plan/work properly with the calendar, though.

does anyone know where to set a recurring event on calendar? I just can't find it for the life of me....
@wwwdyne commented on GitHub (Sep 8, 2024):
Recurring task is a killer-feature of Notion's calendar. Lot of people have their own recurring to-do tasks for day, week, month, year.
@annieappflowy , is it possible to implement it in AppFlowy this year?
Could you please add it to the roadmap (kanban) for 2024 and discuss it with the developers team this month?
@annieappflowy commented on GitHub (Sep 24, 2024):
yo can we make reoccurring to do's in appflowy? like ones that refresh (ex: every 24 hrs)
@annieappflowy commented on GitHub (Nov 5, 2024):
Hello! I want to create daily routine shedule in calendar, so I need to add some events, which must be everyday. Is there something like regular events?

@CovetingEpiphany2152 commented on GitHub (Apr 1, 2025):
Please support actual recurrence support based on iCalender RFC5545.
One thing that I find incredibly lacking in many to-do applications is that they only support simple recurring rules like every X days, month, year, etc. Actual calendar applications support much more robust recurring rules like "every month on the second last day", "every two years on the 3rd Monday", etc.
There are many implementations to this, the best known is this one in js.
