Bug Description

Currently all cells in the New property column, except for that cell itself, does not have bottom borders.

According to design spec, this border should be present.

How to Reproduce

Create a Grid
Observe the last column does not have borders per row

Expected Behavior

Create a Grid
Observe the last column does have borders per row
