Bug Description

The cover does not fill the whole width due to the padding on the editor.

Also, I've observed that the right side of the cover has more spacing than the left.

How to Reproduce

Navigate to a Document
Add a Cover
Cover has less space on the left compared to the right
Cover does not take up full width (Maybe it should be an option?)

Expected Behavior

Navigate to a Document
Add a Cover
Cover has equal or no space to left and right
It is possible for the cover to take up full width, eg. with a button to switch
