Bug Description

We need to update the links in the readme.

They are:

Some of them are dead after recent changes to documentation structure
Not using the new docs.appflowy.io subdomain structure

How to Reproduce

Check the links in the readme

Expected Behavior

No dead links, links use the new subdomain.
