Bug Description

When a locale available in AppFlowy but not in AppFlowy editor, restarting the app causes the editor to not appear correctly.

How to Reproduce

Open AppFlowy
Go to the settings page and switch the language (locale) to Euskera
Close AppFlowy
Re-open AppFlowy
Observe that the editor is grey

Expected Behavior

The editor should appear correctly
