Bug Description

When you want to add another toggle list before the current toggle list and you decide to do that using ENTER, the toggle list name moves down to the next row without its sublist. The sublist is contained within the newly created and nameless toggle list.

How to Reproduce

Create a toggle list. Add some name to it.
Open that toggle list and add something inside that toggle list.
Close the toggle list.
Place your cursor at the beginning of the toggle list name and Press ENTER.
The toggle list name will move down one.
Open the named toggle list and the nameless toggle list above it.

The nameless toggle list will contain all the information that was within the named toggle list before your pressed enter to create a new toggle list above the named toggle list.

Expected Behavior

The content of the named toggle list should move with the named toggle list.
