Bug Description

After typing "/image" and then pressing "Enter", the user should see the image menu.
Currently, it creates a block without showing up the image menu, so the user has to click on the block to trigger the menu.

How to Reproduce

typing "/image" and then pressing "Enter"

Expected Behavior

After typing "/image" and then pressing "Enter", the user should see the image menu.
