Bug Description

In the grid view scrolling horizontally using trackpad or shift + scroll wheel the scrollbar disappears, while the vertical scrollbar does not have this issue.

How to Reproduce

Open the grid view
Make sure the grid is horizontally long enough to be scrolled
Use trackpad or use Shift + Mouse Scroll Wheel to scroll horizontally
After a few seconds the horizontal scrollbar will disappear

Expected Behavior

The horizontal scrollbar should replicate the vertical scrollbar's behavior and should not disappear
