Bug Description

Multiple duplicate shortcuts appear within the shortcuts tab.

How to Reproduce

  1. Open AppFlowy
  2. Go to settings
  3. Go to the shortcuts tab

Expected Behavior

Should not be displaying duplicate shortcuts

Operating System

All
