Bug Description

In some rare cases, when inserting a reminder using the inline action menu @, the reminder is inserted but does not replace the search text, eg. typing @remind tomorrow and hitting enter it would be [Reminder Tomorrow]@remind tomorrow or similar.

How to Reproduce

Use the inline actions menu to add a reminder

Expected Behavior

The inserted Reminder block always replaces the search
