Bug Description

In the calendar picker, the separators get lost when selecting the date format in the German language.

How to Reproduce

Switch to German
Create a Date column in a database
Click on a cell of the column to trigger the date picker
Hover on Date format

Expected Behavior

properly formatted in the date format menu

Operating System

Windows 11
