Description

The plus button now also works in the German language , but it is still not intuitive to use from my point of view. It looks like the text input field is only used for searching and in the lower area you can select or create an option. So you press the plus button but nothing happens if there is no text entered in the search field. Maybe instead of "Search an option" it should be "Search or enter a new option".
