Bug Description

The notification actions (mark as un/read, delete) have a poor contrast.

How to Reproduce

Add a reminder
Change the reminder to be earlier than {{now}}
Open Notification Hub (Inbox)
Hover the Notification action to show the actions
See the poor contrast

Expected Behavior

Add a reminder
Change the reminder to be earlier than {{now}}
Open Notification Hub (Inbox)
Hover the Notification action to show the actions
Proper contrast
