Description

Use both speech bubbles, left and right 💬🗨️.
1st person replies should be framed with right speech bubble. Line/Paragraph on this background. Usual left-side alignment.
2nd person replies should be framed with left speech bubble. Line/Paragraph on this background. With small indent from left side (I'm not sure if the left edge should be center aligned)

SVG-files could be used as backgrounds, e.g.:

For talks. To make a difference for persons replies.

At LibreOffice etc. I just can increase the indent (or align paragraph right). It's not the same, but better, than nothing.
