Bug Description

First I used Appflowy on 2nd screen with my laptop, I unplugged the 2nd screen. Now I tried to launch it, it would appear, active but "elsewhere".
I used the windows "quick task" to show the appflowy window again on my desktop.

Now adding a paragraph with the [+] button I can't choose the type of what I'll add, the menu won't pop.

I just can use the "/" to select what I want.

How to Reproduce

I have no idea ...

Maybe try with a second display monitor, and un plug it just after closing appflowy.

Expected Behavior

Windows should pop on active monitor whatever it have been launched previously.
Menu shouldn't pop outside in the monitor display range

Windows 10 22H2 pro
