Bug Description

When using a web browser to run the AppFlowy Editor project, after using the Chinese IME to input Chinese, the up, down, left, and right keys on the keyboard become invalid. You need to click again with the mouse to return to normal.
使用Web浏览器运行AppFlowy Editor项目时，使用中文输入法输入中文后，键盘的上下左右键失效。需要使用鼠标再点击一次后才能恢复正常。

flutter_3.16.5
Chrome 120.0.6099.129
Any Chinese IME

Expected Behavior

Arrow keys can be used normally after using chinese IME
