Description

Currently when navigate cursor in code block has some stuck:

Example: My cursor is in middle of the code block, then typing arrows Up/Down, the cursor will move out of the code block. The same with some keys: Home, End
Another Example: My cursor by the end of the line, then typing Tab will make all code in this line tab into 2 spaces. Is this need to tab cursor instead?

Impact

Developer wiil need code block like a text editor instead

These specific issues don't happen for me (mac), maybe they've been fixed?
