Bug Description

When scrolling through a document, or the document list, the rows are still getting highlighted, which shouldn't happen.

How to Reproduce

Drag/gesture/wheel scroll in the document list, and while scrolling, pan your cursor over some clickable elements.

Expected Behavior

The clickable elements don't get highlighted.

Operating System

Fedora Linux 38 (Workstation Edition)

AppFlowy Version(s)

Gnome Software, 0.3.7
