Bug Description

I'm not sure what the user flow should be for editing/following links, but I do find the current behavior a bit confusing.

If my cursor is not on the link, but somewhere else then pressing it will open the edit link dialog. If I close it and press the link again, assuming I forgot something or changed my mind, then it opens the link in the browser instead.

If I just entered a document, and scroll down and click on a link the edit link sheet doesn't show, instead it just follows the link.

How to Reproduce

Play around with pressing on inline links in documents

Expected Behavior

I'm unsure, but should be streamlined

The underlying assumptions:
1: keyboard up and in the edit mode, the user wants to edit the link
2. keyboard closed and in the view mode, the user taps the link to visit the web page
The behavior now in the app is by design. We can continue to monitor and see if there's more feedback on this

This issue was created for Desktop, not mobile.
