Bug Description

the shortcuts of toggle list and highlight can't work well

How to Reproduce

ctrl+enter can't make toggle list work; ctrl+shift+H can't make Highlight work

Expected Behavior

ctrl+enter cat activate toggle list action; ctrl+shift+H activate Highlight action

I am sorry to reply late. I use the default shortcuts. today, I try again and find that HighLight can work by ctrl+shift+H, but toggle list still not works. when I customize the toggle list with ctrl+t, it still doesn't work
