I think caldav support would be amazing to have for tasks and eventually calendars. The ability to connect project tasks in appflowy to an already feature rich external calendar or task management application would make it an amazing project management application.

+1 for this. What bugs me about Notion is that it has nice calendar features but there’s no way to sync it with your actual calendar. People have built third-party connections but those are all for Google Calendar, and there’s no way in hell I’m using that – I’d like to keep my data my own, which is why I’m interested in appflowy in the first place. This would fit perfectly.

I would lean towards supporting sabre/dav as a lot of projects such as Nextcloud are built off of it.

Caldav itself includes recurring tasks support.
So before implementing this task, both these tasks should be implemented:

Could anyone please assign a software engineer for it?

It is for me the reason I am back to Nextcloud atm, I really like appflowy but if it is not intergrated in my agenda it is for me no use at all.

Same. I'm using appflowy on my pc and I'd love to have it work with ms todo or my calendar app on my phone. This would allow me to save all reminders in one centralized, private and secure place.
