Bug Description

When I want to create an image with my openai APIkey, it tells me that I exceeded the 5 image / min limit even if it's the first i try to generate.

How to Reproduce

Just try generating an image with the OpenAi api.

Expected Behavior

Returning an image

Operating System

Ubuntu 24.04
