Describe the bug
When any setting (theme & language) changed, window goes to it's default position and size

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Change window's size/position
Go to settings
Change any setting
Window will reset it's size and position

Expected behavior
Window's size and position stays unchanged
