Description

Add the mobile functionality to the desktop version for how to navigate the kanban board.

Add a toggle to turn off or on swipe/drag to navigate kanban boards
Hold left click to move board cards between groups and rearrange in current board. Currently holding down left or right click on board card does nothing in desktop version
Swipe/drag sideways to scroll between board groups. Similar to shift + scroll
Swipe/drag up or down to scroll board cards. Similar to hovering over a board and scrolling
Add an option to set a custom value for the hold down delay to drag a board card

Impact

It will be easier to navigate kanban boards with many groups and for people who prefer to use drag/swipe to scroll.
