Description

I created a lengthy Q&A document and shared it with others. However, they currently need to scroll through the document multiple times or use the search function to find specific paragraphs. It would be more efficient if the link directly displayed Question X upon opening.

Allow the users to quickly locate a specific paragraph by a link with the block_id or heading name.

Please refer to additional context.

Impact

enhance user experience, especially in documents that are too long to find the specific paragraph.

Additional Context

Gitbook example:

After clicking the '#' icon, GitBook will generate a link redirect to the paragraph.
