Bug Description

When dark mode is enabled, the icon of a callout block with non-default background color has a border with the default color (#363d49).
This bug does not occur in light mode.

How to Reproduce

Turn on dark mode, create a callout block and change its background color.

Expected Behavior

The icon border always matches the background color.

Windows 11 22631.3880
