Bug Description

There is an issue with the cloud synchronization after the new update. the changes i make in pc/mobile is reflected on the other device only if i clear cache or click on "Cloud Settings" .

How to Reproduce

Try making some new doc or changes to existing and look at the other sync device

Expected Behavior

i expect it to synchronize properly when connected to internet
