Bug Description

When not logged in, it seems that you can't create new spaces or workspaces.

How to Reproduce

potentially logout
create a new workspace without logging in
attempt to make a new space or workspace

Expected Behavior

When attempting to make a new space/workspace, see the menus that allow you to do this.

Linux
