Bug Description

Whenever I create a reminder through a Calendar doc, I see the default text in the notification panel:

Remember to check this before you forget!

How to Reproduce

Create a Calendar doc
Create a new reminder with some text in the calendar
Look at the notifications panel

Expected Behavior

Instead of this text in the notifications panel:

Reminder
Remember to check this before you forget!

I'd expect something like:

{Doc name}

Or something similiar when creating a reminder through a doc

When creating a reminder through a doc, the panel shows the text as I'd like it.
