Description

Workspace settings should be move totally away from the appflowy settings

It should be another modal.

In the current format, there is appearance settings in the Workspace settings which are in fact, globally.

Impact

Better distinction between Workspace and Appflwoy global settings. that's is related to https://github.com/AppFlowy-IO/AppFlowy/issues/5967
