Bug Description

the selection in the editor was resumed after switching from another app, even if the previous selection was null.

How to Reproduce

Open a page.
Select some text and tap the empty area to cancel the selection.
Switch to another app.
Switch back.

Expected Behavior

The selection should not be resumed if the previous selection is null.
