Bug Description

Copy/Paste in grids does not work, whether the source is external or the grid itself.

How to Reproduce

make a grid
add a date field for instance
create a new row with a date
create a new row with no date
copy the existing date
try to paste as the date for the second row

Expected Behavior

copy/paste works

I should add a few details:

the issue seems to be limited to some content. Links do work for instance
what fails is pasting using CMD+V, a right click paste does work
