Bug Description

App not supported on android sdk version 24.

How to Reproduce

Open playstore to download on devices with sdk version less than 29.

Expected Behavior

It should support min android sdk 24 for covering more devices.

Additional Context

we can change flutterminsdk to 24 and update dependencies accordingly to avoid conflicts.
If minsdk is set to 29 it will cover less devices.
