Bug Description

toggle tist icon direction should be reversed when writing from right to left

How to Reproduce

Create a new page
Add a title
Add a toggle list
Insert right to left letters like arabic language: "مرحباً أنا أتحدث اللغة العربية"
Notice the direction of the toggle list icon

Expected Behavior

Toggle list icon direction should be reversed

Operating System

Linux (Fedora 41)
