The billing interface is what we use to distinguish between different payment plan for a user, for the managed service, and is actually unnecessary for self hosting at all (which is why you won't see such endpoint in the repository). The 404 doesn't affect normal operation of the server/client , though we probably shouldn't show this as an error on the log.
