Description

Is there a shortcut to move blocks / swap them around?

In many note-taking apps (MS Word, Obsidian, Notion, Logseq, VS code, etc.), it would be something along the lines of:

SHIFT + ALT + Up/Down Arrow Key

ALT + Up/Down Arrow Key

CTRL + SHIFT + Up/Down Arrow Key

Impact

This would make re-arranging blocks from the keyboard a lot more efficient and precise.
