Bug Description

The files I create on my laptop should reflect on all my other devices right? Well that's not happening. Sometimes it reflects after a week or two & sometimes it just doesn't update at all. I also tried logging out & in again, no difference. I even uninstalled the app & then reinstalled it but the issue is the same. Maybe its some sort of data sync issue.

How to Reproduce

idk

Expected Behavior

Data should be updated quickly for it to reflect on all the devices.

Operating System

windows 10,11

AppFlowy Version(s)

0.7.5 (Latest)

Screenshots

No response

Additional Context

No response

The same issue has occurred to me. Try logging out of all devices and uninstalling Appflowy first, then clearing the application cache to ensure that no cache exists. Logging in again should solve your issue.

Same, seems like there is a delay uploading the data to Appflowy cloud.
Unfortunately to resolve it I have to open the device where I wrote the new data until it syncs with the other device..

I hope the synchronization problem is resolved. I want to use it as a team, but even if it is displayed on my device, it cannot be displayed on the other person's device. When I open the page, the page that is open does not display the latest Information is synced, but pages that are not open are not synced

@Momokita0727 I haven't tried it but this might work. Go to app flowy settings -> manage data -> clear cache. I'll also try this to see if it works when I open my pc

Thank you, that's working. I'm currently syncing with 5 devices, but the sync doesn't work. Especially when I try to sync the next day, the sync is very incomplete.

Hi, @rumirinbrah @Momokita0727. Could you share your log files to allow us to check if there's any network connection error? Here's the guide to export the log files.

Hi, @Momokita0727. I checked your log files and found that you are using a self-hosted server. Which cloud version did you deploy?

@rumirinbrah The log.zip doesn't contain any log files. You can export them in the settings page instead of zipping them manually.
