Bug Description

Hello,

When I create new kanban, i have a group called no status which should not exist at all because every card has a status.

This status should not be there by default because the first things I do, is to hide it.

How to Reproduce

Create a kanban

Expected Behavior

No status group is hidden.

Operating System

MacOS

AppFlowy Version(s)

0.7.4

Providing sane defaults is something that will definitely help our users. Here are some additional cases to consider:

a linked kanban view was created based on a grid, in which multiple rows did not have the status cell filled. We may run the risk of users wondering where their records had gone
Should this behavior be replicated when the grouping field type not select or multi select, e.g. date or url?
