Bug Description

In addition to a new toggle list (the expected behavior) an additional new line is added below.
The only thing I did in the recording was pressing enter.

How to Reproduce

Add a toggle list.
Add some text below (only needed to make it more visible)
Close the toggle list and position cursor at the end.
Press enter.

Expected Behavior

Only a new toggle list should be added, not an additional new line.

Operating System

Windows and Linux others I haven't tested
