Bug Description

When I opened the app one day all I could see is a page that said Blank page, the sidebar and the bottom-right question mark button.

How to Reproduce

No known steps for this issue.

Expected Behavior

The app should've opened normally.

Windows

0.7.7

Additional Context

All buttons in the menu of the Help & Support button work.
Tried reinstalling on another drive and the issue is still happening.

@Alejololer This issue happens when your local data folder is occupied. Can you check if any other processes are using the local data folder?

Update: we're working on the error message improvement here..

Is the data folder the folder named io.appflowy in AppData Roaming? Cause if so, I just used file locksmith to check everything in there and there aren't really processes using any of the files or folders in there. Also this issue still happens on a fresh startup. Might try deleting it and then reinstalling.

Reinstalling when deleting the data folder fixed the issue, should see into having an option for deleting data files when uninstalling since they could be corrupted and damage all subsequent installations (my case) of AppFlowy.
