Bug Description

cargo-lipo is required but there's no instructions anywhere to install it. scripts/install_dev_env/install_ios.sh does not install it either.

How to Reproduce

Select "iOS Simulator + Build All" results in lipo not found message from cargo.

Expected Behavior

Build successful

macOS 15.2
