Description

It would be nice to have a parameter in select and multiselect properties to lock options creation from task creation.
Then we could only add new option from the property settings if needed, but not from task creation.
In task creation we would only have available options to select.

Impact

User who don't want to create new options by accident when adding a task to a database.
