Description

Today, their is a "Web URL" setting in the cloud settings of the client. This is the root being used for published pages, instead this should be s server driven setting, otherwise every client has to have the same setting updated and further it makes more sense to be a server setting.

Impact

Easier configuration and consistency for published pages.
