Bug Description

When you move a page (most likely between spaces or workspaces) links to it will show as "No Access". This could give problems if you had many of them.

How to Reproduce

  1. Create a link to a page.
  2. Move the linked page.
  3. Link will show "No Access".

Expected Behavior

Link should be preserved. At least we should have a title of the linked page so that we know what was there.

Operating System

Linux

AppFlowy Version(s)

v0.8.3

Screenshots

Additional Context

Moving a page inside a space does preserve the link. What I did was move from AppFlowy Cloud to Local mode and I think that's what removed all the links.

Just to confirm - in non local mode, and with sync enabled, are the links preserved?

I seem to recall them working. I'm not sure still what exactly causes this.

When you said move to local mode, do you mean:

  • signed in, but setting sync to false
    Or
  • anonymous mode

The reason I asked, is that, there currently isn't a way to the entire AppFlowy workspace (or space) to the local mode, so it is possible that my understanding on what local mode means is different from yours.

I used the first option for some time before switching to anonymous mode.

After switching to anonymous mode, the original document should not be visible anymore. Did you export the document, then reimport them under anonymous mode?

There used to be a guide to import data from file using "Import data from file" under settings. That's what I did. I imported all the cloud data.
